Might have been asked already but why didn't you use a bushing or a completely threaded bolt with nuts on the inside to keep the radius arm mounts and rear lower control arm mounts from possibly shrinking from the heat of welding?

I had same problem on my hdj81 landcruiser. I fitted castor correction plates from west coast 4x4. I believe they were made by ironman. Completely fixed my steering issues. I run 315/75/16 bf's the front tyres wear a little more than the rear but that's to be expected. I did mine many years ago when there was not much info out there so I had to learn and work through these issues as did the mods.

I have a 91 & i put the GM charcoal canister and mine runs better no more fuel smell or pressure build up

We went up to cable cabin, those rocks on the trail were terribly sharp. We made it but had some tire gashes afterward.

I've welded my stock muffler right at that inlet side a couple of times (and other areas) and so far it's held up. I just don't feel like spending $$$ on a new one. 😜A muffler shop can do wonders to mock up a muffler and at a good price.

About to do this job. For removal of brake switch, is it just Remove outer nut (front of car), Loosen inner nut (back of vehicle), then pull switch out while brake is depressed? Reverse steps to install?
